2018 NW Arkansas Writers Workshop Fully Registered

Dusty Richards In Memoriam, 2018

This announcement is for writers who have registered for the 2018 Northwest Arkansas Writers Workshop at Ozarks Electric, 3641 N. Wedington Dr., Fayetteville. Because of limited space, registration had to be limited according to FCFS.

In addition to being a workshop for writers, this year’s event is also a commemoration of the life and work of Dusty Richards, co-founder, with Velda Brotherton, of the workshop.

Dusty and his wife Pat were involved in a severe automobile accident in December. Pat passed away on January 10 and Dusty followed her January 18. Because of the years he spent writing over 160 western novels and helping other writers with their careers, the 2018 free conference is dedicated to Dusty and his achievements.
