Velda Brotherton
On Saturday, Sept. 25 Velda Brotherton will present a talk on “Creating Characters That Charm” at the Springfield Writers meeting, 12-2 p.m. at the Heritage Cafeteria in Springfield, Missouri.
This speaking engagement comes at the end of Brotherton’s summer tour to promote her books, The Boston Mountains: Lost in the Ozarks and Arkansas Meals and Memories: Lift Your Eyes to the Mountains.
