In order to make this site more useful to all the writers in the state by supplying them with current information about events and opportunities, writers are invited to request Contributor status.
As a Contributor, an author may write posts, but the post will be reviewed by the Administrator before publication.
Contributors who need to post frequently, for example leaders of writers’ groups, may request Author status. The role of Author permits the writing, editing, and publishing of posts.

I am trying to contact writer’s or writer’s groups, but am unable to connect to any of the links here. I am an aspiring children’s author and would like to be in touch with other author’s. Most of my stories are based on actual occurrences from my childhood spent in the Northwest Arkansas Ozarks. Is anyone out there?

2nd Place: $50.00 (U.S.) | 3rd Place: $30.00 (U.S.)
CHILDREN’S PICTURE BOOK CONTEST RULES:
Children’s Picture Book Contest submissions shall consist of one children’s picture book manuscript formatted in storyboard layout for 20-22 illustrated pages.
