On Saturday, March 26, June Jefferson will present a writing and creating workshop at 3 p.m. at 637 East Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville.
Participants will use magazines and print material to create pages of an “image trail” that expresses their personal paths to access
creative influences. Writing exercises will complement the Muse Pages.
This experience is intended to reacquaint women with the concept of inspirational Muses, the nine daughters of Memory (Mnemosyne) and Zeus.
A donation of $3 is requested to cover materials. Folder/file/materials holder provided; participants may embellish their own. Pre-registration is preferred, but not necessary. Contact June Jefferson or 479-790-2588.
The location is a storefront next to CiCi’s Pizza, between Home Depot and McDonald’s on Joyce Street, west of Highway 71 (College Avenue) near the Mall. The workshop is part of the March Goddess Festival.
