June Jefferson is offering two Sunday workshops on the topic of Gratitude and Appreciation.
The first is scheduled for Sunday, November 6 from 1:30-3:30 p.m., and the second for Sunday, November 20 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Both will be held at Nightbird Books, 205 West Dickson Street in Fayetteville.
Participants will be led through writing practices on the following:
Acknowledging Our Memories
Experiencing Appreciation
Practicing Thankfulness
Expressing Gratitude
The workshop, sponsored by Invitation To Write: The Community Writing Project For Adults, is free.
