Family History Workshop at FayLib 4 December 2021
Arkansas author and writing coach Marilyn H. Collins is offering a writing workshop at the Fayetteville Public Library on December 4, 2021, from 10 am until noon.
This workshop, “Whose Story Will You Tell?” is targeted to non-professional writers who want to collect “remember-when” stories of the kind told at family gatherings.
Participants will learn how to structure and organize their stories, choose a workable time period, make each person’s life memorable, create a sense of place, and have fun writing and sharing in a family story collection.
Collins is known for her hands-on, practical workshops that make time for both writing and asking questions in a friendly class environment.
