Ozark Poets and Writers Meet July 25 with Gerry Sloan in Fayetteville

The Ozark Poets and Writers Collective presents poet Gerry Sloan reading from his newly released book, Crossing: A Memoir in Verse, on July 25, 2017 at 7:00pm, Nightbird Books, 205 Dickson Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. This work includes over a hundred poetic, literary and photographic insights and reminiscences of life in rural mid-America.

The reading, free and open to the public, begins with an open-mike opportunity (sign-up required). A reading from Crossing and a book signing follows. Donations accepted in behalf of the OPWC. The group meets the last Tuesday monthly (except December) at Nightbird Books. Additional information can be found here.
