WhoDunits Meet July 9 at R.O.T.C.
The Whodunits Mystery Club will meet Saturday at noon, July 9, at Restaurant on the Corner, at 3582 N. Hwy 112, Fayetteville.
The speaker will be a member of the Fayetteville Fire Department’s Swift Water Rescue Team.
As of late April, the Swift Water Rescue Team had made 90 rescues in Washington County, 35 of them in Fayetteville alone, a dramatic increase over the usual average 12 a year. Serious Floods, not only in our area, but across the nation, have put a spotlight on the dangerous job and special skills of Swift Water Rescuers.
